About Me

Hey, I'm Mel

I'm a Certified Life Coach, and my practice is now dedicated to the people who do some of the hardest, most human work there is: Personal Support Workers and the leaders who support them.

For years I've worked with individuals on identity, boundaries, and confidence. I bring that same work to care teams — because a PSW who knows their limits, can speak up, and feels supported does better work and stays in the field longer.

I work with home care agencies, retirement residences, and care organizations across Ontario to build teams that are steady under pressure, honest with each other, and proud of the care they give.

A judgment-free space. What is shared in a session stays in the session.

Practical

Tools your staff can use on their next shift, not theory they forget by Friday.

Measurable

Clear goals, and a progress summary you can bring back to leadership.

let's talk about your team

Thirty minutes is enough to see where your team is carrying the most weight — and what coaching could change. No pressure, no scripts, just an honest conversation about your people.

Support the Person

Support the Person

Coaching that helps PSWs carry the emotional weight of care work without losing their warmth or their boundaries.

Strengthen the Team

Strengthen the Team

Shared language, clearer handoffs, and trust that holds up on the hardest shifts.

Protect Good Care

Protect Good Care

Stable, confident staff deliver better care — residents, clients, and families feel the difference.

Coaching that helps PSW teams work better, together.
